On this GS1250 Adventure we fitted a decat header together with the RED9 exhaust valve.

Titanium is lighter and shows the familiar heat colours; stainless is robust and often more affordable. We fabricate both and advise what suits your bike and budget.
What does custom exhaust fabrication involve?
We measure your bike, design collectors or midpipes that fit, TIG-weld in titanium or stainless, and finish the silencer and mounts cleanly. You get a proposal before we start.
Can you fit a valve into an existing exhaust?
Yes. We weld a RED9 exhaust valve into a new or existing line, including controls. Send make, model and photos with your request.
