Land Rover Defender
Custom cooler packages and downpipes
Leeuwenkamp 4X4 asked us to design, build and fit cooler packages and downpipes for Defenders in which they install a Ford EcoBoost 2.3 for customers.
- Custom aluminium cooler packages designed, welded and fitted
- Custom stainless downpipes with race catalyst, V-band joints and sensor bungs
- TIG welding matched to the engine conversion and available chassis space
Result: A matching cooler package and downpipe set for the Defender EcoBoost conversion, ready for install at Leeuwenkamp 4X4.
Aanpassing Uitlaat

Uitlaat aanpassing Landrover Defender V8
Leeuwenkamp X Vivendi vroeg mij om de uitlaat aan te passen van deze LandRover Defender. Hun hebben een extra brandstof tank toegevoegd onder de auto waardoor de uitlaat die er onder zat niet meer zou passen. Deze is op locatie aangepast en de klant kan weer verder rijden!
- Aanpassen uitlaat zodat deze om de nieuwe brandstof tank heen kan.
Result: Een passende oplossing voor een mooi project.
Einddemper delete
Mini Cooper Countryman S
Einddemper Delete + Monteren diffusor
Klant kwam binnen voor het monteren van een diffusor met uitsparingen voor 2 sierstukken en het verwijderen van de eind demper.
- monteren van diffusor voor 2 sierstukken
- Verwijderen van het EVAP systeem en het uitschrijven hiervan
- Verwijderen van einddemper en vervangen met een systeem gebouwd uit pie-cuts.
Result: Een erg mooie oplossing om deze Countryman S een stoere look te geven met een mooi geluid

What is a custom car exhaust?
An exhaust we fabricate to fit your chassis: downpipe, midpipe, cat-back or a full system. Stainless is common; titanium where weight and look matter.
Stainless or titanium exhaust?
Stainless is strong, heat-resistant and often the first choice for cars. Titanium is lighter. We advise based on engine, space and budget.
Can you fabricate only a downpipe or midpipe?
Yes. From a single stainless downpipe to a full custom exhaust: send make, model and requirements, and we prepare a proposal.
