We weld the valve into your exhaust, remove original valve systems where needed, and finish wiring and controls neatly.

The valve can be welded universally into a decatted exhaust line. Suitable for brands including BMW Motorrad, Yamaha, Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, KTM, Aprilia, Ducati, Husqvarna, Triumph, CFMoto, Harley-Davidson, Royal Enfield, Benelli and others.

Stainless or titanium?
Choose the valve material to match your current exhaust. That keeps the joint strong, clean and heat-resistant.
Is my exhaust compatible?
Your line must be decatted so the valve can be welded in. Unsure? Send make, model and exhaust photos with your request – we are happy to advise.
Which size do I need?
There are three sizes; the patented internal design is matched to displacement. We measure or confirm your line diameter before fitting.
How does installation work?
We weld in the RED9 valve, connect the controls and test open/closed. Estimated fitment time is about 1.5 hours, depending on the bike and exhaust.
